Four jobs that stop small businesses sleeping well. I do them every month so they never pile up.
Your bank feeds coded and reconciled every month. Receipts matched, invoices chased, and a short summary in plain English.
Prepared and lodged by a registered BAS agent, on time. You see the number before it goes in, and you know the due date well ahead.
Pay runs, payslips, super and Single Touch Payroll reporting. Staff get paid right, and the ATO gets what it needs.
New set-up, a messy file cleaned up, or a move from MYOB to Xero. Catch-up work for months or years behind is quoted up front.

Behind on your books, or have a business that doesn't fit these? Catch-up work and one-off jobs are quoted before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Changing bookkeepers sounds like a hassle. It is mostly a few emails, and I handle the awkward bits.
Step 1
Tell us what you run, what software you use and what is stressing you out. We tell you straight if we are not the right fit.
Step 2
You get one monthly price and a list of what it covers. Catch-up work is quoted separately, before anything starts.
Step 3
You invite us to Xero or MYOB as an adviser, and we ask the ATO to link us as your agent. You stay the owner of everything.
Step 4
We check opening balances, clear anything unmatched and flag questions for you in one short list.
Step 5
From here it is the same rhythm every month. You send receipts, we do the rest, and you get a summary.
I've kept books for small businesses around Parramatta for over ten years. I started Tallyhouse because I kept meeting owners who were paying too much for work they could not follow.
You deal with me, not a call centre and not a junior. I explain numbers in normal words, and if something looks wrong I ring you before it becomes a problem.

That is common, and it is fixable. We look at what is outstanding, quote the catch-up as a one-off, and talk to the ATO for you if needed. No lecture.
Yes. You keep your file and your subscription. We work inside it as your adviser. If you want to move from MYOB to Xero, we can do that too.

No. We keep your books and lodge your BAS and payroll reporting. If you need a tax return or advice on structure, we work with a few local accountants and will introduce you.
No lock-in. Packages run month to month, and we ask for 30 days notice if you want to stop.
