Physiotherapy in Chatswood
We look at what is hurting, work out why, and show you what to do about it. Your first visit includes treatment, not just a chat.

Every person is different, so we assess first and then agree a plan with you. Here is what most people see us for.
Stiffness, aching and sudden twinges from work, sport or sleeping badly.
Sprains, tendon pain and joint niggles that stop you walking, running or climbing stairs.
Rotator cuff problems, tennis elbow and pain from desk or gym overload.
Assessment, taping and a plan to get you back on the field when you are ready.
Rehab plans that follow what your surgeon has asked for, such as knee or shoulder repairs.
Pregnancy-related back and pelvic pain, postnatal checks and pelvic floor care.
Neck-related headaches and jaw tension, assessed and treated hands-on.
Exercise programs for older adults and anyone building up after a layoff.
Results differ from person to person. Physiotherapy suits many problems but not every one, and we will tell you if we think you should see your GP or a specialist first.

You pay at the end of the visit and claim your health fund rebate on the spot with HICAPS.
We are set up with HICAPS for all the major funds. How much you get back depends on your cover, so check your extras limit before you come in.
If your GP has written you a Chronic Disease Management plan (formerly EPC), bring the referral. Medicare can cover part of up to five allied health visits a year. Ask your GP whether you are eligible.
We see DVA, workers compensation and CTP patients. Call us with your claim number and we will help you sort the paperwork.
Book online or call. You don't need a referral to see a physio.
Wear something you can move in. We talk through what is going on, then look at how you move.
You get treatment on the day, a few exercises and a clear idea of how many visits to expect.
