Owner and head instructor
Imogen has taught reformer for twelve years and opened Orchid Lane to teach smaller groups properly. She leads Foundations and Strong Start.
Instructor
Kiri comes from a dance background and teaches Flow with a lot of music and a lot of detail. Early mornings are hers.
Instructor
Daniel is a former rower who took up pilates for a back injury. He teaches Strength and is good at making hard work feel doable.
All three hold a comprehensive reformer teaching certification and first aid.

We sign you in, check for injuries and show you to your reformer. Grip socks are $6 if you forget yours.
Fitted leggings or shorts and a top that stays put when you lie down. Skip long baggy pants that catch on the springs.
Old injuries, a sore knee, pregnancy, nerves. It helps us set the springs and choose options that suit you.
You will hear a lot of explanation in your first class. Nobody expects it to look neat, and you can rest whenever you need.
No. Reformer is easy to adjust, and Foundations is built for people who have never tried it.
Eight at most, one on each reformer. That is why we can walk around and correct you.
Cancel up to 8 hours before and your class goes back on your pack. Later than that, it counts as used.
