Yes, for a site of up to 5 pages. That's $500 + GST, or $550 all up. There are no add-ons and nothing gets added at checkout. Shops and bigger sites aren't sold at this price; we point you to ClickTheory, our sister studio.

By card, securely through Stripe. The website is paid up front, and you'll get a tax invoice by email. Any monthly plan is billed automatically each month after that.

Your site moves onto the Care plan at $49 a month + GST, billed automatically. We'll email you before the first charge, and you're free to cancel with 30 days' notice or upgrade to Grow or Dominate instead.

No. There are only two things you can pay us for: the $500 build, and a monthly plan if you want one. Google Ads spend is paid by you, directly to Google, separately from anything you pay us.

The $500 build is a single up-front payment, since that's what keeps our admin simple and the price low. If that's genuinely a barrier, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

No. SEO and hosting plans are entirely optional. Plenty of clients just want the $500 website. Your first 3 months of Care hosting are included either way.

Local SEO work, keeping your Google Business Profile in shape, fresh content depending on your plan, and a plain-English report so you can see what's happening. Details are on our pricing page for each plan.

On our Grow and Dominate plans, we set up and run your Google Ads campaigns at no management fee, up to a monthly ad spend cap. You pay Google directly for the clicks; above the cap, we charge 12% of spend and nothing else.

SEO is gradual by nature. Most businesses start seeing movement over a few months, not overnight. Anyone who promises guaranteed rankings in week one isn't being straight with you, which is why we don't do that either.

Of course. The website stands on its own. Google Ads management is only bundled free with our Grow and Dominate plans; it's not a requirement to buy a site from us.

Yes, completely. The site, the content and the domain are yours from the day it launches, whether or not you stay on a monthly plan afterwards.

Yes. Every plan is month to month with no lock-in contract. Give us 30 days' notice and it's done, no exit fee and no retention call.

We hand over your site files and domain access and help you move them to another host. There's no hostage situation, because the site was always yours.

Yes, any time. Since you own the site outright, you're free to move it whenever suits you, whether that's next month or years from now.
