How we work with Gold Coast businesses
We are not on the Gold Coast and we do not have staff there. We work with you remotely, mostly over WhatsApp, phone and email, and the process does not change because of the distance. Queensland has no daylight saving, so in summer we are an hour ahead. If your day starts early or finishes late with shifts or tours, tell us and we will work around it.

Tourist season and local season are different
Visitors search for what to do and where to eat this weekend. Locals search for the tradie, the dentist or the gym nearest them. Your site should be clear about which customer you want most.
The coast strip is long
From Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise to Coomera is a real drive. Name the stretch you work in, such as Southern Gold Coast or the northern end, so people know if you are close.
Quiet months need a plan
Businesses that rely on visitors see big swings through the year. Keep your hours, specials and holiday notices up to date so people do not turn up to a closed door.

Do I need to meet you in person?
No. We work with Gold Coast businesses by phone, WhatsApp, video and email. We are in Sydney, not on the Gold Coast.
Will the site help in the off season?
A site cannot create visitors who are not there, but it can make sure locals and repeat customers can find you year round. Keep your hours and notices current and it will do its job.
Can I add several coast areas to my site?
Yes, within the five pages. We can describe the stretch of coast you cover, for example Burleigh to Coolangatta. We do not build a page for every suburb.
I get customers from northern NSW as well. Is that okay?
Yes. We can mention Tweed Heads and nearby areas in your service pages if you work there. We keep it accurate so customers are not misled.
