SEO

Local SEO that's honest about what it takes

Getting found on Google is slow, steady work, not a switch we flick. Here's exactly what we do each month, and how long it realistically takes.

No ranking promises, just proper work

Anyone who guarantees you a number one Google ranking is either guessing or overselling, because nobody outside Google controls the algorithm. What we do instead is the unglamorous, proven groundwork: a properly set up Google Business Profile, clean on-page SEO, real content and consistent listings. It usually works, often over a matter of months rather than weeks, and we’ll tell you honestly if something isn’t moving.

What actually happens each month

Six things, done consistently, rather than a one-off audit that gathers dust.

Google Business Profile

We claim it, verify it, fill it in properly and post to it regularly. For a lot of local searches, your Business Profile shows up before your website does, so it needs as much care as any page on your site.

On-page SEO

Titles, headings, descriptions, internal links and schema markup, kept tidy and aligned to what people actually search for. We fix the technical basics that quietly hold a lot of small business sites back.

Fresh content

New pages and posts that answer real questions your customers ask, written in plain English rather than stuffed with keywords. Grow and Dominate get a set number of posts included each month.

Citations and listings

Making sure your business name, address and phone number are consistent across the directories and listings that matter, which is one of the more boring but genuinely useful parts of local SEO.

Reviews strategy

We won't write fake reviews and we won't ask you to. We'll set up a simple, honest way to ask happy customers for a review after the job's done, which is what actually moves the needle over time.

Reporting

A monthly update in plain English on what we did, what moved and what's next. No dashboards full of vanity metrics you have to decode yourself.

Grow or Dominate

Both plans include hosting and Google Ads management for free, up to your plan’s spend cap. The difference is how much content and attention your SEO gets each month.

A realistic timeline

Usually 3 to 6 months before you see real movement. Search doesn’t reward shortcuts, and neither do we.

  1. Month 1

    Foundations

Google Business Profile set up properly, technical and on-page fixes, citations cleaned up, and a content plan built around your actual customers.

  2. Months 2 to 3

    Momentum

New content goes live, listings settle in, and Google starts to properly understand what your site is about and who it's for.

  3. Months 3 to 6

    Results start showing

This is typically when local rankings and enquiries begin to move. SEO compounds, so the work from month one is still paying off here.

  4. Ongoing

    Keep building

Search doesn't stand still and neither do your competitors, so the content, listings and technical work continue for as long as you stay on a plan.

Reporting you can actually read

Every month you get a plain-English update on what was done, what changed, and what we’re doing next.

No screenshots of dashboards full of numbers that don’t mean anything without context. We’ll tell you what content went up, what technical fixes were made, how your Google Business Profile is tracking, and whether enquiries are moving, in language you’d use with a mate, not a search marketing conference.

SEO questions

Will you guarantee I rank number one?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's algorithm, including us. What we can promise is honest, consistent work on the things that genuinely influence local search, done every month, reported plainly.

How long until I see results?

Most local businesses start to see movement somewhere between 3 and 6 months in. SEO is closer to compounding interest than a light switch. Some things, like your Google Business Profile, can show a difference sooner.

What's the difference between Grow and Dominate?

Grow ($250 a month) covers the local SEO essentials, plus 2 pieces of content a month. Dominate ($450 a month) adds more content, new location pages, a bigger free Google Ads spend cap and a quarterly call to go through strategy.

Do I need a new website first?

Not necessarily. If your current site is reasonable, we can work with it. If it's slow, hard to update or missing the basics, we'll tell you honestly and a rebuild through our $500 website offer is usually the faster path.

Is Google Ads part of SEO?

They're different things that work well together. SEO is the slower, compounding channel. Ads can bring enquiries while SEO builds. That's why Google Ads management is included free on Grow and Dominate, up to a monthly spend cap.

Can I cancel if it's not working out?

Yes. Every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice, no lock-in contract. If SEO isn't the right fit for your business, you're not stuck paying for it.
