From enquiry to live site, without the runaround
No discovery workshops, no drawn-out proposals. Here's exactly what happens between the day you get in touch and the day your site goes live, usually about 7 days.
Day 1
You fill in a short form
Your business, your services, who you're trying to reach, and what you want people to do when they land on your site. Takes about 10 minutes. Happier on the phone or on WhatsApp? We'll do it that way instead.
Days 2 to 5
We design and build it
We write the pages, lay them out, set up your contact form and connect Google Business Profile and Search Console. The SEO basics, titles, descriptions, schema and a sitemap, are handled here too, not bolted on later.
Day 6
You check it over
You get a private preview link to look through on your own phone and computer. Tell us what to change, in one go, and we'll make those changes before launch.
Day 7
It goes live
We point your domain at the finished site, submit it to Google, and hand you the keys. From here, it's yours to keep or to build on with a monthly plan.
What we need from you
Five things, most of which you can send through in one sitting. Nothing here needs a designer or a marketing background.
- Your business name, ABN and the services or products you offer
- A logo, if you have one (if not, we set your business name in a clean typeface)
- A handful of photos of your work, premises or team
- A few lines about what you do. We write the words for every page from there
- Where you want enquiries to go: a phone number, an inbox, or a booking link
What happens after launch
Launch day isn’t the finish line. Here’s what’s covered once your site is live.
Your first 3 months are covered
Every website comes with 3 months of Care hosting included, so your site is fast, secure and backed up from day one without another bill to think about.
Small edits, without a callout fee
Whichever plan you land on after that includes some small edits each month, from a typo fix to a new opening hours line, without you needing to touch the code yourself.
Move up when you're ready
If you want more customers from Google, Grow and Dominate add local SEO, content and free Google Ads management. There's no pressure to decide on day one.
How payment works
No invoices to chase, no bank transfers to remember. Just a card, kept on file.
The website is paid up front
$500 + GST, charged once, before we start building. That's the only payment for the build itself.
By card, through Stripe
We use Stripe for all payments, the same system used by most banks and major online stores. We never see or store your card details.
Monthly plans bill monthly
If you're on Care, Grow or Dominate after your first 3 months, that's billed automatically each month, with a tax invoice sent every time. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Process questions
What if I'm not ready to launch in a week?
That's fine. A week is how long the build takes once we've got what we need from you, not a deadline you're locked into. If you're slower to send photos or sign off the preview, we'll just pick up the build when you're ready.
What happens during the one round of changes?
After Day 6, you send through everything you'd like changed in one message, wording, photos, layout tweaks, and we make those changes before the site goes live. It works best as one clear list rather than a few small requests trickling in.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. The intake form asks about your business, not your hosting preferences. We handle the domain, the hosting and the technical set-up, and explain anything you need to know in plain English along the way.
Can I choose not to continue after 3 months?
Yes. There's no obligation to take a monthly plan. If you'd rather host the site elsewhere after your 3 months of Care, we'll hand over the files and point you in the right direction.
How do I actually pay?
By card through Stripe. The $500 + GST build fee is charged up front, and any monthly plan after that is billed automatically each month with its own tax invoice.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small edits are included in every monthly plan, more time on Grow and Dominate than on Care. If you're not on a plan, one-off changes can be quoted individually, or you can pick up Care at $49 a month for ongoing small edits and hosting.
