Websites for cleaners

A cleaning website that builds trust before the first visit

People let cleaners into their homes. Your site has to show who you are, what you do, and how easy it is to get a quote for a one-off or regular clean.

What your customers are typing into Google

  • “cleaner near me”
  • “end of lease cleaning”
  • “bond clean near me”
  • “house cleaning regular weekly”
  • “office cleaning near me”
  • “deep clean house”
  • “carpet cleaning near me”

What your website needs to do

End-of-lease and bond cleans as their own offer

Tenants searching for a bond clean have a deadline and a checklist. A page that says what's included, and whether you help with re-clean requests, speaks straight to them.

Recurring cleans, explained plainly

Weekly and fortnightly customers are the steady income in cleaning. Say how regular cleans work, what's covered, and how someone starts, so it feels easy to commit.

Insurance, checks and who comes to the door

Mention your public liability insurance and whether staff have police checks. A team photo or short intro helps people feel comfortable letting a stranger in.

A quote form built around the job

Bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and preferred date are what you need to quote. A form that collects them means fewer back and forth calls.

Residential and commercial kept separate

A homeowner and an office manager want different things. Separate pages let you speak to each without watering down the message.

Common mistakes to avoid

A vague list of services

House cleaning and more tells a bond-clean tenant nothing. Name each type of clean and what it involves.

No sign of insurance or checks

Customers worry about breakages and about who they're letting in. Saying how you handle both removes a real barrier.

Quotes with no way to ask

If people have to call during working hours to get a price, many will try the next cleaner instead. A form catches enquiries made in the evening.

Getting found on Google

Cleaning searches are local and service-specific, so the biggest gains are in separating what you offer. A page for end-of-lease cleans, one for regular home cleaning and one for commercial work each match a different search. A Google Business Profile under the cleaning category with a clear service area, photos and reviews builds trust before anyone calls. Reviews matter a lot here because the customer is inviting someone in. Our Grow plan covers the profile, local SEO and two posts a month. We can't promise rankings, but clear pages for each service are a solid start.

Too big for $500?

We don’t do these at this price, and we won’t pretend otherwise:

  • Sites with more than 5 pages
  • Online shops with a checkout
  • Logo and brand design
  • Custom booking systems or web apps

Questions from cleaners

Can I have a page for end-of-lease cleaning?

Yes, within the 5 pages. Most cleaners give end-of-lease, regular home cleaning and commercial each a page, and combine the rest.

Can customers book a regular clean online?

We don't build booking systems. If you use a scheduling or booking tool, we can link or embed it at no extra cost. Otherwise a quote form works well to start.

Can the site mention insurance and police checks?

Yes, if they're true for your business. Send us the details and we'll place them where visitors can see them. We won't claim anything you can't back up.

Do I need a logo?

No. We set your business name in a clean typeface as part of the build. We don't do logo design. For a full brand, our sister studio ClickTheory can help.
